1. How to Claim

• The Friend (New Customer) must enter the Referrer’s (Existing Customer) email address in the "Remarks" or "Order Notes" section during the checkout process.

2. Reward

• Referrer and Friend: both receive a £10 off Discount Code for every friend they successfully refer.
• Discount Code can be used for next order.

3. Eligibility & Qualifying Criteria

• The "Friend" must be a new customer who has never previously placed an order with us.

• The referral discount is triggered only after the Friend completes their first purchase 

• To prevent self-referrals, the Referrer and the Friend cannot share the same delivery address or payment method.
