Next-Day Delivery: 

All orders are dispatched via a Next-Day Delivery service to minimize time in transit.

 

Thermal Protection:

We utilize specialized, thermally protected packaging designed to maintain the required temperature throughout the delivery process.

 

Kitchen to Door:

From the moment your meal is prepared in our kitchen until it hits your doorstep, we prioritize food safety and freshness.

 

Returns & Refunds

Right of Refusal:

Smart Taste retains all rights regarding the approval or denial of return and refund requests.

 

Perishable Goods:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept physical returns of food items once they have been delivered.

 

Issue Reporting:

If there is an issue with your order (damage or quality concerns), please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging and product.


The "Doorstep" Responsibility:

Because our products are temperature-sensitive, it is the customer's responsibility to be available to receive the delivery or retrieve it immediately from the doorstep. We are not liable for spoilage if the package is left unattended for more than 1 hour after delivery.

 

Delivery Windows:

While we offer Next-Day Delivery, delivery windows are estimates provided by the courier. We cannot refund orders due to minor courier delays, as our thermal packaging is designed to protect the product for up to 48 hours.

 

Address Accuracy:

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout.

 

Safe Place Instructions:

If you choose to have your order left in a 'Safe Place,' you do so at your own risk. Smart Taste is not responsible for theft or temperature fluctuations once the courier has marked the item as delivered.
