1. Reheat on Stove

Defrost the product. Remove package. Transfer into cookware/ pot and simmer for approximately 3mins

2. Water Bath

Defrost the product. DO NOT remove package. Heat the package in simmering water for 3mins or until centre reach 75 degree. 

3. Microwave

Defrost the product. Tear the package by around 2cm (just to depressurised). Place the package in a container so that liquid will not leak and make a mess. 800W for 2mins, use hand to 'massage' the products so that food inside is re-distributed, 800W for another 2mins or until the centre reaches 75 degree celsius. 

4. Air Fry - Char Siu

Massage the meat inside the bag - cover the meat with glaze. Air fry the meat at 200 degree C for 10mins or until crispy and centre reaches 75 degree C.
